I was born in the Paarl, in the beautiful Winelands of South Africa. For the past 21 years, I’ve been is self-employed, owned & managed a successful debt collection company as well as a wholesale import business. In 2015 me and husband, Stephan moved to the South Coast, Manaba Beach KZN from Pretoria. In March 2019 the Covid Epidemic negatively influenced South Africa’s economy and my wholesale/import business was negatively affected due to this.
Walking my dog daily on the beach and collecting seashells, driftwood, and strange objects that washed to the shore, I never imagined that these same strange objects would land upon a canvas eventually.
How did I get inspired?
After a lovely visit from a family member and many trips to the beach I had this image of a dog running on the beach and chasing the seabirds, and that is how I got inspired to do my very first painting. I rushed off to buy the smallest canvas, some brushes, and paint, and well…that’s how it started!
I only started painting in 2019 with acrylic paint as my medium. I enjoy the interest and demand that painting has added to my life and now I am extremely passionate about my art.

I strive for the best quality in both materials and finish. I believe that my desire to paint is well shown in the abstract and landscape designs I create.

All paintings seen on the website are already painted and ready to find their home. The sold paintings can be preordered by checking out with the chosen size you would like to order. Please note the recreated painting will have the same colours, same composition & same effects/feel, but will not be identical as it is hand-painted.
